Wind-Up Birds concert: “Sweet Dreams, Goodnight” December 4, 2021 @ 7:30 pm $12 – $20

Wind-Up Birds will perform a Sweet Dreams, Goodnight concert on Saturday, December 4 at 7:30 p.m. at Gesa Power House Theatre.

Wind-Up Birds flock to the scene of their debut show, right here at the Gesa Power House Theatre! After the band was originally formed during the fall of 2019, the pandemic quickly changed the game for musicians everywhere. Now, Wind-Up Birds are hitting the scene in a big way, playing house shows around town and bringing the lively enthusiasm that only original music can bring.

For this concert, Wind-Up Birds will play original music from their album Sweet Dreams, Goodnight, as well as some new unreleased songs. The show incorporates live dynamism with an intricately-crafted sonic form for a live experience that blends psychedelic rock, pop, and jazz influences. The concert will have an opening act by local singer-songwriter Piper Toohey.

Wind-Up Birds features Mo Dow on guitars and vocals, Zac Bentz on piano and synth, Carsten Wallace-Bailey on guitar, Mia Castrina on bass, Jonah Panzer on saxophone, Leander Swan on trumpet and Aniruddh (Rudy) Gupta on drums. Pulling influence from glam rock, pop and space-age icons like David Bowie and Diane Coffee, the show is sure to be a night to remember!

The band’s new album is on streaming services everywhere, including Spotify, Apple Music, and iHeart Radio.

General admission tickets ($20 Adults; $12 students) are available online or by calling the Gesa Power House Theatre box office at 509-529-6500. No outside food or beverages allowed.

Please review our current health and safety precautions, including required mask use. Ticket holders will receive an email during the week before the show with any updates.
