Our ticket refund protection from Secure My Booking allows you to recover 100% of the paid ticket price (including all order fees.) With refund protection, you can apply for a refund in the event of:

• Accident, injury, or illness including COVID-19
• Severe weather preventing travel to the venue
• Travel delays due to breakdown or public transit breakdowns & strikes

How to purchase coverage?

Once you have selected your seats, you will be prompted with the option to add ticket protection by adding to your cart “Ticket Protection.” Secure My Booking must be purchased separately for each ticket for a specific event. Ticket protection must be purchased at the time of your order.

Need to apply for a refund?

Refund applications should be submitted online with Secure My Booking within sixty (60) days of the event. You may be asked to provide reasonable evidence when making a refund application. To request a refund, visit securemybooking.com to apply for a refund.
