A: The box office is open Thursdays, and Fridays, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and also two hours before every show (if tickets are being sold). You may call the box office at 509-529-6500 or visit in person.

A: Yes! The lobby, theatre, Electric Lounge, and any combination thereof are available for rent for your private or public use. Please e-mail events@phtww.org.

A: Yes! The lobby and box office may be accessed via the front door at the ground level. An outdoor elevator located on the north side of the building provides access to the main auditorium (Level 2), the balcony (Level 3), and the Electric Lounge with ADA restroom (Level 4). A: Yes. The Power House Theatre Walla Walla nonprofit is a 501(c)(3) and we will be happy to accept your donation and provide a receipt for tax purposes.
A: Parking is primarily street parking on a first-come, first-served basis. You may also park in the lot on the SE corner of Rose and 6th Avenue. Our online parking map also identifies a couple of other nearby lots which may be used after normal business hours.
A: There are a few designated accessible spots in the nearby parking lots. In addition, there is a loading zone directly in front of the theatre.
A: We wish there were! The City of Walla Walla denied our request for crosswalks. Click here to contact the City of Walla Walla directly.
A: Yes! (Also, if we didn't have indoor plumbing the last time you were here, you should visit us more often!)
A: Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages are available for most events (the bar closes 5 minutes before showtime). Popcorn and snacks are typically available for films and family shows. You may call the box office ahead of time to confirm. Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

A: Most of our events utilize reserved seating, which means you get to choose where to sit ahead of time. Click here to take a virtual tour of the theatre. When purchasing a ticket, our seating charts are also equipped with a "view from the seat" feature which will allow you to view a photo typical of the view from that particular seat.
A: To minimize disruptions during the show, we have a "no late seating" policy. Please arrive early enough to find parking, pick up your tickets, visit the bar, and find your seats prior to showtime.
A: Photos and videos by patrons are not allowed (unless specifically announced).
A: That is a possibility. The performer or the venue may hire a professional photographer for promotional use. By attending any event at Gesa Power House Theatre, you may be included in any photography or video footage taken for that purpose.
A: Yes! Please call the box office at 509-529-6500. Our Members receive Wait List priority. Otherwise, tickets are offered to patrons in the order the requests are received.
A: We do not offer refunds unless the show is cancelled or rescheduled. If you have a ticket that you are unable to use, we suggest asking friends and family if they can use it instead. You may also donate the ticket back to the theatre and free up that seat for another patron.
A: Yes! You may designate someone else to pick up the tickets when you purchase them or you may call the box office later to make those arrangements.
A: In the rare event that a show is cancelled or rescheduled refunds or exchanges will be offered to all ticketholders.
A: We try to include this information when available, on our website and in a reminder e-mail sent to each ticket holder. In general, our Little Watts Series is best-suited for younger audience members. If you have a concern about a specific show, please call the box office at 509-529-6500.
A: Our schedule is constantly changing, which makes it difficult to offer a season ticket. We do sometimes offer package deals on a group of shows. Our website contains the most up-to-date information about our upcoming schedule.
A: Our Members sometimes receive discount offers by e-mail. In addition, half-price student rush tickets are available to select shows at Gesa Power House Theatre. Student rush tickets will be only be available in person at the box office, two hours before showtime. There will be a limit of one ticket per customer, with a valid student ID. Seat locations will be at the discretion of the box office, and are based on availability. Additional restrictions may apply.
A: Join the +Power Club, to receive first notice and priority access to tickets to GPHT-produced shows, priority on the Wait List if a show sells out, and access to exclusive Club events. Benefits are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
A: We have both! Gift certificates are available for purchase online in any dollar amount. Physical gift cards are only available for purchase through the box office.
