The Walla Walla Movie Crush annual festival of short cinema will include one hour of short films that are specifically geared towards a younger audience. Bring the family to enjoy Little Watts: Saturday Morning Cartoons on Saturday, July 16 at 9:00 a.m. at Gesa Power House Theatre.
Growing up, the best day of the week was Saturday — both for its schoollessness, and its promise of cartoons packed between cereal commercials. Here, we skip the ads, concentrating on the good stuff. Silly rabbit – flicks are for kids!
Featured family-friendly short films:
- MIRACLE (directed by Shaofu Zhang)
- THE LAZY BEAR (directed by John Osebold)
- DOUGH JOE. (directed by Derek Loftis)
- GENEVIEVE THE DRAGON RACER (directed by Mia Blissett, Will Hoskin)
- PIPNIC (directed by Dan Ospal, John Haskell)
- RUN TOTTI RUN (directed by Shad Lee Bradbury)
