A Band Called Honalee October 25 @ 7:00 pm $20 – $35

On Friday, October 25, at 7 PM, Gesa Power House Theatre proudly presents A Band Called Honalee. This event is sponsored by Tulalip Tribes, the Western States Arts Federation (WESTAF), and the National Endowment for the Arts.

A Band Called Honalee is a modern-day folk trio inspired by the music and legacy of Peter, Paul & Mary. Musically accomplished, interactive, and energetic, their shows allow audiences to experience this timeless music live onstage once again. The group believes the melodies and messages of the 1960s folk and folk/rock era are just as relevant today as they were when they were first sung, perhaps even more so. Their mission is to share this uniquely American music with new audiences while rekindling the passion of lifelong fans.

Satisfying diehard Peter, Paul & Mary lovers as well as newcomers to this wonderful era of music, the band’s shows feature all of PPM’s beloved hits, including “Leaving on a Jet Plane,” “Blowing in the Wind,” and of course “Puff The Magic Dragon.” With virtuosic musicianship, stirring vocal harmonies and polished showmanship, A Band Called Honalee also offers favorites from Bob Dylan, The Byrds, Pete Seeger, Joni Mitchell, The Mamas & The Papas, Joan Baez, The Weavers, Judy Collins, and many others.

Reserved tickets will be available starting at $25 ($20 for students) on August 15th, either online or via the Box Office at 509-529-6500. Want to receive early notice and access to ticket sales? Join the +Power Club (highest priority) or sign up for our e-mail list (at the bottom of this page)!
