Join Gesa Power House Theatre on Friday, April 24, 2026 at 6PM for a reception and screening of Northwest Film Forum/Unincarcerated Productions’ Justice Media FilmFest.
Justice Media FilmFest is a one-night celebration of justice-centered storytelling, presented in partnership with the San Quentin Prison Film Festival and featuring short films from the past year’s festival and the premiere of Lockdown, a narrative short written and co-directed by incarcerated participants in the Inside/Out Media Lab at the Washington State Penitentiary. Some of the justice-impacted filmmakers will be in attendance and speaking about their work, and there will be special video messages from the currently incarcerated filmmakers as well.
Doors will open at 6:00pm for a reception, followed by film screening at 7:00PM.
