Gesa Power House Theatre seeks a dynamic leader to help our nonprofit continue to
fulfill our mission to generate a strong, inclusive community through performing arts.

Gesa Power House Theatre is community-owned and operated by Power House
Theatre Walla Walla, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our performing arts theater is an historic
building, but it’s the community impact that is most important to us. We seek a
passionate individual to engage and energize our small team of staff and contractors as
we build community connections. Day-to-day work includes formulating high level
strategy, maintaining efficient operations, implementing and executing numerous
fundraising campaigns, and ensuring programmatic excellence. Additional
responsibilities range from various administrative tasks and hands-on event support as
needed. Ideal candidates are ambitious, hardworking, self-driven, possess an authentic
and collaborative approach to leadership, and can empower members of the staff and
board to put their individual skills to best use within the organization to fulfill our
strategic plan.

In this role you will work closely with a wide variety of constituents (i.e. board members,
sponsors, advertisers, volunteers, donors, community groups, etc.) to bring our mission
to fuller fruition within the local, regional, and global community.

Dedicated, creative problem solvers are encouraged to apply. Annual salary range starts at $82,000 for this position, plus benefits including Paid Time-Off (vacation and
