This is the latest in the Live Cinema Series\, sponsored by Lisa Anderson and Stephanie Whitaker. \nThe Fifth Step\, by David Ireland and directed by Finn den Hertog\, features Olivier Award-winner Jack Lowden (Slow Horses\, Dunkirk) and Emmy and BAFTA-winner Martin Freeman (The Hobbit\, The Responder) in this critically acclaimed and subversively funny new play. \nAfter years in the 12-step programme of Alcoholics Anonymous\, James becomes a sponsor to newcomer Luka. The pair bond over black coffee\, trade stories and build a fragile friendship out of their shared experiences. But as Luka approaches step five – the moment of confession – dangerous truths emerge\, threatening the trust on which both of their recoveries depend. \nFinn den Hertog directs the provocative and entertaining production filmed live from @sohoplace on London’s West End. \nReserved seating tickets are $15 ($10 for students) and will become available online to +Power Club members on August 8 at 8AM\, and to the general public on August 15 at 8AM.
