Wish You Were Here is the album Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour has most frequently cited as his pick for favorite Floyd album and it has consistently been a Pigs on the Wing favorite to perform. Soaring\, ethereal lead guitar work and expansive songwriting highlighted a rock band at the absolute top of its game – expect Pigs on the Wing to capture the sense of that majesty and psychedelic intensity in the intimate environment of the Gesa Power House Theatre! \nFrom its garage-rock roots in 2006 as a one-off show to full-album productions to performing for\nthousands of fans each year\, Portland-based Pigs on the Wing have built a loyal following dedicated to the band’s high-energy take on Pink Floyd’s music. All members of Pigs on the Wing are seasoned veterans of the Pacific Northwest rock scene and are unapologetic in bringing their wide-ranging musical influences to the table. \nThis tour celebrates Pigs on the Wing’s 20th anniversary as a band. From its garage-rock roots in 2006 as a one-off club show\, to hundreds of shows and thousands of miles in the van and on the road\, to immersive multimedia productions in top venues throughout the West Coast\, Portland Oregon-based Pink Floyd\ntribute Pigs on the Wing has built a loyal following dedicated to the band’s high-energy take on Pink Floyd’s music.
